Book Review- The Double Eagle by James Twining

Double Eagle were gold coin of the United States with a denomination of $20 gold coin ordered destroyed by President Roosevelt during the Great Depression but one of them resurfaces during an autopsy in France — in the stomach of a murdered priest.

FBI agent Jennifer Brown gets a chance to restore her stalled career, when she is assigned to the task of recovering the 5 of the last double eagle. Her investigation leads her to the brilliant art thief, Tim Kirk, who wishes to retire from the game. His only chance of freedom is getting back the coins.

The adventure across the classic, murkier and greedy world of art thief written on breakneck speed is sure to glue you to your seat.
